For the Puyallup office, exit WA-512 to 9th Street. 
Proceed to 819 39th Avenue SW, Suite B.

For the Tacoma office, exit Union Street from WA-16. Proceed to 2302 S. Union Avenue, Suite A1 in 
Building A.

Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm
Friday, 8am-4pm
